As we continue to change the way we work, relax, shop, travel, and entertain ourselves, the importance of delivering thoughtful and professional customer service is more important than ever. How do you deliver great service to your customers? Why is it so important? What are your options and tools? What are your service environments - F2F, online etc.? What do your customers want and need from you?


This half day program will cover the essentials of customer service in today’s everchanging times. Practical exercises, group activities and tailored planning for your own areas of interest will be built into the session. The additional opportunities to assess situations and learn with and from your peers will also add this entertaining and informative program.
